Job Description
- Manage subordinate staff in daily performance
- Report to top management
- Analyze production metrics and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to identified issues.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals
- Ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of department processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
- 1 to 3 years supervisory experience is preferred.
