Job Description

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals
• Analyze production metrics and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to identified issues.
• Ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Report to top management
• Manage subordinate staff in daily performance

Job Requirements

• Require a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of department processes.
• 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
• 1 to 3 years supervisory experience is preferred.
