Responsible to monitor all the activities of washing department to ensure efficiency and comply with to pre-production schedules
Manage all the washing process for denim garments for both bulk production process and development samples
Implement and follow up the quality control standards based on the requirement of customers
Responsible to conduct the tests on washed garments to ensure the final product meets the required standards of color, texture, and durability as per the requirement
Research and develop the washing new methods to improve product quality as the company’s standard
Update the latest technology and knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and product innovation.
Be a leader in building up the training programs to improve the knowledge and skills of staffs in new washing techniques and safety process
Coordinate with customers to understand their specific needs and expectations for products
Adjust washing processes to ensure the final product meet the customer’s requirement
Ensure all safety standards and environmental regulations as per the laws
Prepare the related reports and document to Boards of Director
Propose any ideas and implement sustainable practices in washing processes to minimize environmental impact
Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month)

Working Location: HCMC

Graduated from Bachelor’s degree or above the majors in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology…
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the textile or denim industry
Deeply knowledge in denim washing and finishing techniques
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent in English skills.
