Responsible for all the activities of the Warehouse ( WH) Department
Manage for Fabric and Trims/ accessary within the WH Department
Apply and implement the automated technology systems to WH Activities
Be in charge of implementation of the projects to save fabric and Cost of materials.
Control and ensure to maintain safe inventory level in order to limit the unnecessary fabric/trims purchase with Planning and Purchasing team.
Check the old Stock and coordinate with QA Team to make use if Next Orders if any
Implement the SOP for WH and ensure the Work Process flow of WH for all staffs and relevant teams
Apply and implement the KPI to Measure the Performance and to find out the root cause of Delays.
Research and implement the cycle count in order to improve inventory accuracy to support production process
Partner with the teams of Planning, Purchasing, and Production to make sure the production and shipment process go smoothly as targeted
Control and responsible for WH daily operation and inventory
Implement and develop new system Reports to manage control operations and Traceability of material.

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Friday

At least 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment/apparel manufacturing company with the scope from 3,000 labors
Strong experience in management and solving – problems skills
Teamwork, careful and accurate
Fluent in English communication
