1. Job Purpose
- To plan, arrange and control the daily work of warehouse operations.
- Responsible for headcount management, oversee and monitors optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow, Ensures that project/system milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets and improve work efficiency
2. Job Description
- Formulate and implement warehouse work plan, improve warehouse work flow and rules and regulations.
- Supervise all work on warehouse site to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise fire safety and 6S work in warehouse area.
- Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor and report to the supervisor regularly.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments of the company, cooperate with and follow up internal or external audits.
- Train warehouse managers to improve staff quality and work efficiency.
- Inventory material is checked regularly until the accounts are consistent.
Requirements
- Vietnamese nationality
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the similar position in manufacturing or large factories
- Work location: Bac Giang, Vietnam
