Job Description

• Responsible for Product development of knit fabrics
• Manage the Lab to bulk dyeing
• Follow up and control bulk dyeing online process. .
• Shade matching dyeing and shade follow up in finishing.
• Coordinate with related departments for shade issues & all new Trials.
• Make the decision in CPB & CDR before dyeing and after dyeing
• Communicate closely with Customers for all critical matters
• Standardization of raw materials and process
• Defect analysis and corrective preventive measures
• Plan to training courses for department Managers if necessary
• Aligning all departments with the Organizational goal
• Other tasks will be discussed on the interview process

Working Location: Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa – Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years at the same position for Textile Company
• Strong knowledge and experience in dyeing, specially experience in knit fabrics
• Good at communication & management skills
• Good at English
