Job Description
- Responsible for project implementation
- Responsible for setting up, processing and effective management of continuous extrusion blow moulding equipement.
Job Requirements
- Male/Female
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent English communication
- At least 5 years of working experience in technical training in Garment manufacturing
- Suitable candidate must have experience in managing trainer team (training for new sewing operator), can sew and has ability on capacity planning (calculate the budget headcount of sewing operator need to be trained for production line) and design training curriculum to train non-skills sewing operator to skillful/multiple skills sewing operator.
