Job Description
- Responsible to ensure the Quality control from development stages until to delivery stage
- Monitor all kinds of sample development stage like Proto, Fit, PPS, SMS, and Top.
- Be in charge to conduct the risk analysis of all technical and quality process of product including fitting stage in order to predict and avoid any issues before bulk production
- Responsible for Pilot run, size set review, and conduct PP meeting.
- Coordinate with relevant teams within the factory such as Sales/Merchandiser Team, Production Team about Technical aspects
- Work with other teams for continuous development for achieving the highest Quality standard.
- Maintain & control documentation procedures.
- Coach and train staffs
- Research and suggest new methods and techniques to improve for better efficiency
- Other tasks will be reviewed on the interview
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Da Nang
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years working at the same position for garment manufacturing company
- Good experience in technical, pattern, fitting, construction of garment products
- Fluent in English
