Job Description
- Provide technical corrections to base pattern & fit the garment as the requirement of Buyer such as fitting into dummy or dress form.
- Find out the issues & correct pattern accordingly, involving in sampling programmers giving prime importance for fit & quality and time factor being maintained
- Partner and communicate closely with Buyers until receiving the approval from the buyer in order to the better management of the product.
- Ensure all sample constructions for bulk production smoothly
- Manage and control the garment quality & finishing styling updated every stage
- Review buyer’s tech packs and sealer sample and conducting internal PP meeting before bulk production
- Provide and support about technical for Team of pattern, Grading, sewing, production and quality
- Coordinate with buyer QAs and internal merchandizing team to ensure product quality to meet as the buyer requirements.
- Arrange the meeting along with Buyer’s to take approval for clarifications, discrepancy construction, and measurement for production friendly sewing
- Other tasks will be discussed on the interview process
Working Location: North Vietnam
Working Time: Monday to Friday
Job Requirements
- Min 6 years working in the same position for Garment Company
- Strong experience in technical, fitting, product construction…
- Proven experience in communication, management and presentation skills
- Excellence in English
