Job Description

• Manage technical team do perform daily jobs effectively
• Ensure quick changeover new styles meet target
• Responsible for standardization factory operations and processes
• Pre-production preparation to ensure sewing running smoothly
• Improve sewing layout/work flow to remove idle times
• Study attachment/folder to improve efficiency and quality
• Settle daily quality in floor with production team
• Control production operations in production floor run accordingly technical approved
• Line balancing
• Monitor and Report for technical team performance

Job Requirements

• Really strong sewing technical skill
• Have good knowledge of production system
• Have strong knowledge of Kaizen and standardize operations
• Have experience to make sewing processes flow and sewing layout to optimize production processes
• Can make and optimum operations breakdown
• Saving cost orientation
• Strong leadership skill
• English communication as basic or can read technical file
• Other will discuss in interview
