Job Description

• Responsible for fitting, style, and products construction
• Understands the product history and the customer’s requirements to provide a fully overall from the development to finish stage.
• Review and evaluate Tech-Pack and Comments to manage all technical requirements to successfully implement the garment development process from the Development Samples, initial sample to production samples.
• Advise the technical instructions on fit/sealing standards
• Ensure measurements & Grading approvals right first time.
• Implement fitting, paper pattern, construction & design samples for on-time approvals in order to achieve on – time delivery with the best qualify standard according to the customer’s requirement
• Partner with buyer and buyer’s technical team during the sample development process until approval to make sure correct sample right first time
• Lead the training program/meeting for staffs about the product
• Manage and allocate the financial budget based on the Group business requirement
• Coordinate with merchandising team, sample room team, technical teams and other relevant department to develop and improve the product quality per the buyer’s requirement.
• Control and work with teams on fit approvals, AQL, processes & timeline plans of fit approval status & delivery.
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years proven – experience at the same position in the field of garment
• Strong experience in fitting, product construction, sample development
• Very good at communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in English
