Responsible for all operation activities for Sweater Unit
Make the plan for pilot run for preproduction
Identify, implement and monitor short and long term production plans
Be in charge for Machine planning
Set up and monitor the daily production targets meet the company’s goal and targets
Build and maintain discipline within the production floor.
Coordinate with relevant teams to reduce the breakdown.
Control the Warehouse and ensure on -time delivery as requested
Responsible the quality standard as per the requirement of customers and ensure to control the rejection.
Coach and train team members and supervisors
Update and apply theories of Lean, IE…into production according the orientation of Board of Management
Other duties will be discussed further during the interview process
Reporting directly to Managing Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

At least 8 years relevant working experience in sweater garment manufacturing company
Experience in machineries, especially STOLL fully auto machines. Prefer candidate who has IE, Lean…background
Familiar with social compliance and technical audit requirements.
Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill.
Proficient in English language
