Job Description
- Responsible for Fabric and Trim Sourcing at the most competitive price and within the required time frame to maintain business planning.
- Fully responsible for negotiating and finalizing the prices before the orders are placed.
- Vendor development & Vendor evaluation
- Good relationship management from the suppliers
- Actively seeking buyers and merchandising suitable products to buyers.
- Actively seeking good suppliers. Appraising supplier product and services
- Negotiate good price, good quality for each item
- Contact with customers regarding new product development, the shipment of samples and orders
- Handling and checking of quotations, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Contact with factories for following up of sample process, quality inspections, and order schedules.
- Cooperation with suppliers and customers in daily operations and together settle problems.
- Assure the delivery is on time with good quality.
- Solve problems about quality, payment, shipment…
- Handle market independently & generate business. Manage a segment of business/relationships independently. Handle a team.
- Manage sales to archive target.
- Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday, and morning Saturday
- Working location: Dist 9, HCMC
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same position
- Good in English. Use Chinese well is an advantage
