Manage the shipping function, monitoring & ensuring smooth functioning of outbound shipping activities; developed the policies and procedures of warehouse
Build strategies to strengthen warehouse, distribution and transportation operations to increase effectiveness, improve service and ensure customer satisfaction; control activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles
Check on materials and finished goods in-process and in warehouse; ensure and develop the facility of warehouse for smoothly, accurately and safe
Make the design of warehouse floor plan and apply automated storage and systems to ensure the productivity and performance; coordinate with other department for warehouse activities such as production, sales, records control & purchasing
Control and manage shipping dates with suppliers to maintain production schedules; developing and documenting standard and emergency operating procedures for storing, shipping, or materials
Formulate database according to the trends & developments of the company regarding sales, business development, and vendor reconciliation for budgetary and strategic review to enhance the business of the company
Negotiable dispatch planning, tracking of air export through various airports to international locations
Communication with internal customers – Marketing & Production Dept. for timely execution of orders
Adhere to SOP rigorously and adjust any change if needed in consultation with management

Working Location: Quang Nam – Da Nang

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Minimum 3 years working in the same position at a Garment/ Textile manufacturing company
Good at English
