Job Descriptions
- Responsible to prepare Pre-production plan including in designing layout, ensuring the machine readiness and the multi-skill requirement.
- Be in charge of managing and controlling all the sewing activities such as: supervising the real-time production efficiency/output, identifying the production bottleneck processes, and doing line balancing
- Responsible to ensure the Quality by controlling the real-time quality status in using the data from in-line to end – line
- Search and apply Kaizen, Lean, IE… in Continuous Improvement
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Nearby Hanoi
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience at the similar position for garment/ apparel manufacturing company
- Good understanding and knowledge about Lean, Kaizen, IE…
- Good management and communication skills
- Fluent in English skills
