Job Description

• Pre-production Preparation: create layout, make sure machine readiness & multi-skill requirement.
• Sewing Monitoring: monitor real-time production efficiency/output, identify the production bottleneck processes, and do line balancing
• Quality Monitoring: monitor the real-time quality status using the in-line and end-line quality data.
• Continuous Improvement: with the use of Kaizen tools, identify opportunities for continuously improving efficiency

Working Location: Far 60kms from Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in managing with the scope of 10 sewing line ( 300 sewers) at the garment production company
• Having knowledge in Kaizen, CI, IE,….
• Good at English
