Job Descriptions

• Responsible to assist Manager at Sample Room such as providing the guidance in quality and technical for all sewing technicians and staff
• Make the plan to store all the document related to quality and productivity of Sample Room to ensure the efficiencies and prevent recurrence
• Check and follow up the daily, weekly and monthly plan within the Sample Room to make sure the production process goes smoothly and achieve the production target
• Work with Quality Team to ensure the quality standard and quality target as the customer’s requirement
• Responsible to attend the fitting session in order to communicate the highlights to the internal teams
• Be a bridge to handle the grievances between the team and HR of the company
• Work closely with the development team by participating in key development meetings and the costing meetings to provide a smooth process in the sample room
• Along with HR Department to build up the training program for staffs to ensure to improve the knowledge and skills to achieve the development target of team and the company
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday  – Friday 

Working Location: Hung Yen, Hai Duong

Job Requirements

• Graduated degree from University/ College with Major of Garment Technology or Fashion Design
• At least 3 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good at English communication.
