Job Descriptions
- Responsible to fit and complete the technical specification packages
- Work with relevant teams to check the product performance standards
- Responsible to maintain the knowledge of product development process, including pattern making, construction, costing, manufacturing and raw materials
- Be a host or attend any meetings related to Design, Technical and find out and prevent any risks
- Check and follow up frequently the workflow and ensure seasonal deadlines as planned
- Decide to approve or reject product type by garment testing requirements
- Involve the assessment meetings related to fit, comfort and performance, costing, manufacturing feasibility, overall quality and delivery
- Support the functional teams and vendors to provide any technical if having
- Track and fit production samples to determine any deviation, compares with approved standard.
- Responsible to analyze the differences between approved standard and production samples by measurements on mannequin and physical test results
- Coordinate with QA and Production team to find out any issues for failure and take any action to amend
- Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years experiences to work at the similar position for Garment Company
- Good experience in patternmaking, fitting and garment construction
- Fluent in English communication.
