Job Description

• Giám sát quy trình sản xuất và chất lượng hàng hóa ở mỗi công đoạn/ Control the process in each division
• Đưa ra những tiêu chuẩn đánh giá, quản lý chất lượng nguyên vật liệu và thành phẩm/ Make standard input/ output with the production, QC control implementation
• Làm việc với bộ phận sản xuất, QC về chất lượng sản phẩm để hạn chế rủi ro trong quá trình sản xuất/ Negotiation with the production, QC department for quality to minimize errors from process
• Điều tra nguyên nhân và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm, khiếu nại từ khách hàng/ Investigate the cause and countermeasure related to quality, customer’s complaints
• Lập kế hoạch, qui trình cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm cùng với bộ phận sản xuất/ Planning for quality improvement activities together with Production Supervisor
• Tổ chức, kiểm tra đào tạo cho bộ phận QC & đóng gói/ Organize and manage training & knowledge sharing for QC & Packing team
• Chuẩn bị các báo cáo liên quan đến chất lượng hàng hóa mõi tuần và mõi tháng./ Prepare and report on issue related to quality in weekly and monthly to PS and MD
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của người quản lý/ Other assignments determined by the Management

Job Requirements

• Prefer to Bachelor of Garment Technical or relevant degree (bags technology, printing, textiles or similar related subjects)
• At least 3 year experiences in Packaging/QC Garment industry
• Good in English written and spoken
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Packaging and garment accessories knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to find faults and knowledge of corrective measures
• Proactive and sense of responsibility
• Negotiation salary
