Responsible to build, development and remain the QA system according to the Group’s standards and strategy
Work and communicate directly with customers to understand customer’s requirements about the product quality standard in order meet and improve the QA system.
Responsible to audit and follow up the standard procedures set in the Group QA system.
Collaborate with relevant teams to provide training on customers’ quality standards to QA/QC teams and all relevant departments
Work with customers and provide suggestions/advice to improve quality though the quality assurance process
Involve in preproduction meetings in order to understand customer requirements about quality problems.
Be in charge in making the quality report for both internal and customers
Responsible to identify root causes to quality issues and provide solutions
Be a leader to build up and implement the Factory-wide quality mindset programs and evaluate performance
Coordinate with ISO teams to conduct regular audits of the Factory’s SOPs to ensure ISO qualification within the factory
Partner with ISO team of third party to train internal auditors to conduct internal audits and receive the certification.

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Vinh Phuc

At least 4 years experience to work at the same position for garment manufacturing company
Proven – experience in building and implement quality system and ISO Standards in garment industry
Strong skills in team management, presentation, problem – solving and communication
Fluent in English
