Responsible to manage and control the pre-production preparation progress, especially for new / complicated styles in order to ensure the required skilled operators, technical support and machine resources to achieve the target
Responsible to build up the annual Operations performance targets, and build up the monthly Production Unit performance targets and then supervise between practical performance and targets.
Coordinate with relevant departments to forecast and prepare materials to make sure to available to start production as planned.
Be in charge to review daily reports on cutting and sewing and communicate regularly to all relevant department to Identify potential problems in order to take preventative action during production process
Work with relevant departments to provide resources and machines to maintain and improve the production efficiency in order to meet with target
Re-allocate operators in production floor to ensure the production process goes smoothly
Lead the training programs to enhance the operators’ skills and knowledge about the quality with support from the QA Manager.
Review regular analysis reports from QC and Materials Management to identify root causes of quality issues and take any necessary actions
Responsible to monitor and ensure the environment, safety and healthy within the working environment
Report directly to Operation Director
Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Graduated BA or MBA or above the relevant majors such as: garment technology, textile engineer, business management…
At least 6 years experience as Production Manager/ Senior Production Manager for garment manufacturing company with size from 2,000 labors
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
