Job Descriptions

• Responsible to control the development process through samples, techpack and sales order with vendors
• Check and inspect of all development samples
• Responsible to make the report about the products including the model fit approval, raw material, and the costing
• Work with vendors to ensure the product and performance fit with the requirement and quality standards
• Handle to solve any problems related to construction, performance, and costing to make sure that production process at the highest level
• Work regularly with factory teams to ensure the workflow as timely and material delivery ontime
• Responsible to review the tech pack information before the bulk process
• Responsible to approve and confirm raw material and product testing to vendor before the bulk
• Confirm sample size pattern and molds before conducting the sample making
• Coordinate with related team to build up the production specifications
• Provide any ideas/suggestion to BOD to ensure the cost savings, efficiency, automation and process & quality improvements
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Hai Duong, Hung Yen

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment/footwear Company
• Good at knowledge in product construction, fitting process, patter making..
• Fluent in English communication.
