Job Descriptions
- Prepare annual strategic, plans, budget for business structure, resource, training & development as per the company’s business requirements
- Build up the candidate pool and finding candidate sources for recruitment: talent management program with colleges, vocational training schools, universities or head hunters
- Coordinate with all the department of company to analyze the training need and develop the training programs
- Responsible to conduct yearly performance evaluation and recommend right salary for performance and salary benchmarks where available
- Monitor to ensure company’s C&B program is always in comply with the updated labor laws
- Manage, control and ensure adherence to company’s guideline on salary budget, review and promotion processes
- Build up Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Design Reward and Recognition programs and receive the approval of Board of Director for performance excellence
- Organize regular activities to engage employees such as staff entertainment programs, team buildings, yearend party, birthday events, etc.
- Implement to conduct staff satisfaction survey, exit interviews, and provide recommendations to management for improvements
- Responsible to ensure to comply with company regulations, labor laws and coordinate with relevant authorities, reward, disciplinary, promotion, transferring, termination processes
- Maintain staff database, staff filing system
- Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- At least 15 years’ experience to work in the field of Human Resource and min 8 years to work at management level. Prefer candidates who has experience to work for manufacturing company with size from 1,000 labors.
- Proven – experience and good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong skills and experience in relationship management, communication, problem – solving
- Fluent in English.
