Job Description

• Be responsible to research Fabric market among Woven, Knits & Denim, including global trends, general market conditions, competitors’ trend and the development of team
• Reach and research new product resources
• Maintain, source and develop for fabric suppliers both internal and external based on the requirement of design team and merchandising team
• Make the plan and prepare presentation on fabric to customers within specific timeline
• Coordinate with customers’ fabric R&D team to follow up critical process
• Negotiate price & leadtime with fabric mill
• Work closely with technical team and other relevant teams to identify and forecast risk assessment to provide solutions for potential fabric issues
• Evaluate existing fabric mills related to R&D capability & performance.
• Support in developing new mills and assist them onboarding training
• Other duties may be assigned by manager if any

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• Min 6 years’ experience in sourcing for Woven, Knit and Denim Fabric. Candidate who has experienced to sell Fabric to factory will be plus
• Have a good fashion sense and sensitive to market trend
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customer, suppliers and team within the organization
• Fluent in English
