Job Description

• Responsible for all operations in sample room department
• Be in charge of assigning spec, fitting and closely working with the design team.
• Make the plan and monitor Pre-production activities
• Responsible and control the entire process in the pre-production area.
• Coach, guild and lead the sample and pattern teams to conduct the feasible samples before bulk production
• Be a host of pre – production meetings and ensure the sample fit with the requirement
• Participate and provide instruction and advice from development stage such as pattern development, grading from proto sample to pp stage including fit sample, jump size…
• Guide Sample Sewing Team and resolve any issues about sewing construction during fitting process
• Check and monitor for costing and consumption.
• Participate in fitting process in dummy to correct the pattern in order to fit as desired
• Closely work with Customers and relevant teams if there is any issues related to samples
• Train and guide staffs in the sample room department
• Responsible to hold the pp meeting for all new styles involving all the key department
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Bac Giang

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience at the similar position for garment/apparel Company
• Good experience in fitting, product constructions, pattern, grading..
• Fluent in English communication
