Job Description

• Lead sample room team to complete customer demand samples/order within requested lead-time and satisfying quality.
• Mark samples and finished patterns with information, such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instructions.
• Create a paper pattern from which to mass-produce a design concept
• Test patterns by making and fitting sample garments.
• Taking briefings from design and putting them into action
• Calculate consumption for bulk production
• Ensuring production receive all information and samples in a timely manner
• Quality control of garments, finishing garments, coordinate to the related department in sourcing trims
• Working location: Quang Nam province, Vietnam
• Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Lectra software (Necessary requirement).
• From 3 years of working experience in the same position.
• Have experience managing teams of 20-30 members
• Good in English & knowing Chinese is an advantage.
• Know about consumption calculation, Teckpack, BOM
