Job Description
- Making a costing sheet and report to the manager before sending it to the buyer. Getting the new season project from the buyer then makes the greige booking.
- Receiving official PO and tech pack from customers update and translate correct information to the production team at the factory.
- Updating internal information on the system to place order material. Follow up ETA and ETD then update status to the production planning team.
- Updating development status to buyers from proto to PPS. Arrange PPM and related documents for production (double-check trims card, translate TP, comment…). Chasing TOP sample in bulk production.
- Daily checking production status and update to Korea head office/ Hong Kong sourcing weekly. Follow up production issue, work with QC, QA team closely and voice out to buyer if necessary.
- Report to Department Manager.
- Working time: 7h30 – 16h30 from Monday – Saturday
- Working location: Bac Giang province (Have Dorms)
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
- Good in English
