Job Description
- Supervising sales team the daily works such as sample making, MPR making, material purchasing and sourcing, production following up, shipment plan-making and shipment arranging
- Evaluate the competencies and job performance of team members on a regular basis and actively coach/develop to build their skills and capabilities in targeted areas
- Allocate work to the team taking into consideration the team’s experience, workload and personnel development
- Ensure all company requirements, policies, procedures involving Quality, Pricing, Development and Production are implemented and maintained across the customer base
- Oversee day-to-day delivery and proactively identify and address potential problems
- Establish and maintain a strong partnership and team-based culture
- Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday (Have Dorm, all meal per day)
- Working location: Soc Trang province, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Have 3+ years in the same position in the garment company
- Good in English
- Practical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skill & Effective communication
- Strong analytical and logical skills
