Job Description
- Be in charge to build and implement annual sales plans and responsible the sales operations and activities to Board of Director (BOD)
- Monitor the marketing strategies in order to increase gross sales for all stores in the areas in the North Vietnam and responsible to analyze the feasibility and the efficiency of these strategies.
- Set up the sales target for each area and predict sales volume for both potential products and existing products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to implement the regional sales programs such as Roadshow programs, workshop in regional stores…
- Control all the good in stores and inventory by systems to allocate goods among stores across Vietnam in order to maximize sales.
- Responsible to recruit, train and coach sales team staffs to ensure to comply with all regulations and then motivate them to meet the target as settled
- Propose and monitor the budgets within the sales department
- Discuss and provide ideas to BOD about the business plan and retail roadmap according to the business development strategy of company
- Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process
Working Time: Monday to Friday

- Proven experience in new store development & existing store improvement plans; merchandising; and warehouse
- Strong understanding and experience in the Vietnam retail market and fashion trend in Vietnam and global
- Proficiency in English
