Job Description

• Responsible for sourcing soft home, hard home and furniture manufacturing factories across Vietnam
• Oversee for the new product ranges according to the demand and requirement of customers
• Partner with relevant Departments within the Group and vendors to develop new sample based on the requirement and communicate until the samples approval
• Seek, build and remain the relationship and network with both new and existing suppliers/vendors and then conduct, analysis and evaluate suppliers/ vendors
• Communicate regularly and negotiate with suppliers/ vendors on the quotations, cost and be in charge to manage, track and follow up all the terms and conditions of the contracts
• Monitor the sample development progress and responsible to approve the sample in order to ensure standard and requirement.
• Conduct Purchase Order (PO) and coordinate closely with Vendors in providing all the information of orders
• Follow up and supervise the bulk production process properly to ensure the quantity, quality, order specifications, testing requirement and shipment process. Work with relevant departments and take any necessary actions arising pre – production, bulk production and delivery
• Check and follow that all materials are ordered in quantity, quality and ontime delivery in order to fit with the factory’s production plan and shipment dates.
• Coordinate with vendors/ factories to solve unexpected issues during bulk production process and shipment process
• Build, develop and maintain the relationship./network with all related parties
• Responsible to to get the goal of turnover as the development strategies of Group
• Propose any ideas/solution to get the mutual business development of Group
• Other duties will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Working Location: On – Site in HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years experience at the same industry (soft home, hard home and furniture) and Min 6 years experience as Merchandising Manager
• Good experience for large business in a Retail organization and matrix environment
• Independent working and strategic thinking
• Willing to travel to work
• Excellent English communication.
