Job Descriptions
- Responsible for managing and operating all activities of the product department including product research and development, and ensure the product quality during the production process according to the plans and goals of the board of directors
- Research and update the raw material trends to develop strategies and plans for raw materials to serve the creation of new collections with the newest quality and technology
- Research and develop a set of technical specifications and product designs for target customers
- Manage, assign, and supervise the training program for staff to improve their skills, and solving problems within the R & D Department
- Develop and build up the documents on quality standards for each product line and for suppliers and partners
- Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience at the similar position in the field of garments
- Deep knowledge in materials and sewing technology and garment product
- Keen on searching and updating the domestic and international fashion trends
- Good at English communication.
