Job Description
- Responsible to ensure the QMS, EMS, FSC, OHS Management Systems are comply and applied into practices
- Be in charge to make the plan of internal audits and related quality issues
- Be a partner to conduct the on – site audits implemented by customers/3rd party
- Depend on the evaluation of customer, then responsible to set up and update the quality standards into the company’s quality system
- Be a leader to make plan for the investigations and improvement of quality system and implement to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate with team and solve any customer’s complaints
- Responsible to issue the report to Board of management
- Support the team of Purchase/Sourcing and vendors to ensure quality as requirement
- Responsible to evaluate all suppliers
- Conduct customer and vendor visits / communication as appropriate.
- Coach and involve the training program for all staffs and relevant department within the company to meet quality standards.
- Set up the KPI at the Quality Department and motivated staffs to reach the KPI
- Involve and implement implement 5S, Kaizen…into production according to the company’s orientation
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process
Working Time: Monday to Friday
Working Location: Nearby Hanoi
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience at the similar position for manufacturing company. Experience in Packaging industry (wooden or plywood) is a plus
- Prove – experience in ISO audits, Lean, QMS/EMS/OHS…
- Fluent in English communication skill
