Responsible to conduct and implement for Certificate Factory Auditor (CFA) and non – CFA training to comply with the requirement of standard of company.
Implement the New Factory new preaudit and training these new factories to comply with company’s standard on production process, sample making and quality system…
Attend the Pre – Production Meeting, Inline and Final inspection
Solve all problems arising in sample making and production process and provide instruction and guideline to factory on quality issue to ensure the production process goes smoothly
Oversee all the quality issues during factory visit and coordinate with factory in controlling styling making at Passed factory audit
Implement the final inspection and investigation process with the factory
Travel to sub – factories across Cambodia to support them about the quality issues per scheduled
Coordinate with third party on their final inspection related to Reject Results, defect review and inspection result.
In charge in making and implementing the weekly and monthly plan with related parties such as Vendors, factories, third party…
Review, sign and comment the size of sample, TOP sample and shipment sample
Other tasks will be discussed further on the interview process
Report directly to Regional Manager

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Cambodia

At least 5 years’ experience at the same position that related to Quality for garment/apparel Company. Candidate with experience to work for Buyer is a plus
Demonstrated skills and experience in communication, problem – solving
Willing to travel to sub – factories
Fluent in English
