Job Description
- Taking care of all technical/ quality/ factory audit.
- Setting up the quality system, working procedure, SOP in each quality control process, and assigning for daily quality system audit.
- Managing the quality heads count and quality performance, calibration tools of QA department.
- Studying and deploying all customers’ standard/ requirement/ updates to all the relative employees.
- Training and enhancing the garment inspection and quality control methodologies to all the subordinators.
- Receiving all the daily reports, and submitted suggestion for quality improvement, action plan, and solutions, as long as decision making.
- Doing observation, analysis, and providing right solution, methodologies for quality improvement.
- Generating more ideas, innovation or finding more technique to apply in the factory for quality andoutput enhancement.
- Approaching, encouraging the subordinators for positive working motivation…
- Accompanying all the buyer’s quality auditor once they come to the factory to do the audit, inline inspection or final inspection; and give the fast and right feedback to each customer.
- Receiving all the buyer’s complaint, comments for action plan and following up the improvement.
Job Requirements
- University Engineering graduates: Industry Engineering, Garment & Textile, Chemicals engineering background,etc.
- Over 5 years experiences in Garment field
