Job Descriptions

• Responsible to build and manage the quality team
• Monitor all the daily activities of quality department in all areas and guide for right path in quality
• Work closely with customer for all kind of Audits
• Lead a team to evaluate the Quality team performance in regular intervals and reduced the overall rejection percentage as per the requirement of the company and customer’s standard
• Implement to conduct the Technical Audit to meet the customer standards & requirements
• Coordinate with production teams in order to ensure to meet and maintain the quality standards and customer requirements
• Work with HR department to provide the training programs for all staff to be aware and improve the company procedures/ standards
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience to work as QA Manager or similar for garment company
• Have experience to work with garment products of outerwear, jacket
• Good at English communication.
