Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor all the activities of quality department
• Responsible to manage Quality Process through Quality Systems Assessment and identifying Process Enhancers at factory and sub factory
• Coordinate with Suppliers/ Vendors to adopt new Manufacturing & Quality Management Techniques that positively impact their manufacturing operations.
• Be in charge in implementing in analyzing quality issues in order to prevent of such issues in the future
• Build up and maintain the quality standards for input materials (trims & fabrics), in-process and final material and ensuring to comply with quality standards / practices identifying shortcomings and taking corrective action.
• Responsible to check and inspecting the quality of various types of fabrics and garments
• Analyze lab test reports like shrinkage after washing and dry cleaning, color fastness, rubbing fastness, etc.
• Build up and implement the quality initiatives in the unit and working towards zero defects.
• Attend the meetings to approving samples, pre-production samples and production orders.
• Responsible to provide with inspection/ quality reports
• Lead the training program for staffs
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years experience at the similar position for garment/apparel factory
• Must have to experience to work with Denim/Jean Products
• Good at management and problem – solving skills
• Good at English communication
