Job Description

• Responsible to monitor QA team and responsible for all aspect of quality control programs for all product lines
• Implement quality assurance and factory compliance to ensure to follow with legal and company’s strategy
• Be in charge of conducting quality of products both pre and post production at the factory
• Find out Defects and implement action plans to achieve quality standard as per requirement of customers
• Coordinate with Technical, Merchandiser and Production Teams in order to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct training to the factory QA/QC’s for Factory
• Evaluate factory performance and compliance
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Quang Tri

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience to work at the same position for garment manufacturing company
• Good at team management and problem – solving
• Good at English skills
