Responsible for all the operation activities for the Quality Assurance Department within the factory in order to ensure to comply with the customer’s quality standards and procedures
Be in charge of conducting factory Audits for different Customers and follow up on corrective action plans.
Determine means of preventing nonconformities, identifying root causes and eliminating their causes by ensuring proper action plans are taken
Implement the internal final inspection based on the standard of the AQL 1.0/1.5/2.5/4.0 and S4
Be a partner with customers and work with relevant departments to identify the root cause and implement corrective/preventive actions related to product quality
Lead the training programs to management team, staffs and other employees about the quality of garment
Responsible to build up the key KPIs and follow up on action plans for continuous improvement
Responsible to conduct the Internal Final Inspection Report to customers
Responsible to research and improve the quality system more efficiently
Prepare and execute annual budget, manpower planning according to the company’s development strategy

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: An Giang

At least 8 years at the similar position for garment manufacturing company.
Familiar to build quality system based on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and SA 8000-2014
Fluent in English communication
