Job Description
- Responsible to Implement and manager the Quality Management System of the company
- Control and solve all the quality issues within the factory including quality from raw materials, finished products until shipment based on the quality standard and requirement of customer
- Be in charge of building, develop and implement specific quality assurance policies and standard procedures systems as per customer’s requirements and customer’s feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales & Merchandising Team, Sample Room, and Production and attend all relevant meetings to make sure the pre – production and bulk production go smoothly
- Responsible to train and coach the QA/QC team to ensure meet the company goals.
- Welcome and take care the buyer visit and audits as well as build the good relationship with local authority
- Other duties will be assigned by Board of Management
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Central Vietnam
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company
- Good communication in English
