Job Description

• Lead QA and QC Team
• Responsible to implement process from Fabric to packing as per the customer’s requirement.
• Improve Quality including – Fabric and trims, Molding, cutting, sewing and packing.
• Control and manager QC and Endline QC to control running Quality, provide full support to those QC’s and solve daily problems including Technical support. Daily communication with Group’s Tech team and sales team to update information.
• Responsible for only Audits before sending to other dept.
• Follow AQL as per buyer required in each dept.
• Responsible to control Quality of Sub Contracts Factories near Hanoi reason area.to placing our Quality systems on those factories.
• Always and regularly provide training for new and recently joined our Quality controllers to get more better and quick improvement. provide good training programmer for all staffs
• Provide all CAP to buyers if they found any mistakes and will immediately call meeting with Production and our team to improve as per CAP to make sure those problems will not repeat and find the root cause as well to avoid in future styles as well.
• Capability to developing a good relation with customers, suppliers. Vendors and within our factory all depts…
• Be ready for continuous improvement and implement good systems to raise quality level.
• Provide weekly, monthly and compare data of last 3 months of each dept to the management and Keep record for our continuous improvement as well.
• Provide TOP 3 defect for each style daily to production and our quality team for improvement daily wise as well avoid running problems.

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years’ experience in the garment industry with 6 years as QA manager at manufacturing garment company with the team size from 100 staffs
• Solid Experience with Uni QLO is a plus
• Proficiency in English communication
