Job Description

• Manage and follow up the order confirmed sales team and make sure the order can finish and shipped out on time with the required quantity/quality.
• Prepare the Sample/Document/Bom/Trim standard and issue instruction to production.
• Sourcing material supplier and book the material for production, make sure it can be arrived on time based on the production plan and make material balance sheet.
• Work with the buyer or 3rd party QA for the inline and final inspection.
• Work in internal lab or 3rd party lab for required testing.
• Issue documents such as production order, purchase order, packing list, Invoice on ERP, etc.)
• Issue the shipment booking, follow the shipping document and payment.
• Understand the sample development and price quotation (not compulsory)
• Solving problem with suppliers, production and complaint from customers
• Maintaining effective work relationships with team members, production, suppliers and head office/buyer.
• Working time: 8h00-17h00 from Monday –  Saturday
• Working location: Hung Yen province, Vietnam (Have Dorm)

Job Requirements

• Graduated from University/ College in trade, language, economics, import-export, garment, finance.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in garment Merchandising/production/ sample development/ fabric & trim purchasing.
• Fluent in English communication, Good at understanding & translating tech-packs, Chinese speaking will be plus.
• Skillful at using the computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, power-point, email,)
• Hard-working, willing to learn and improve, honest, high sense of responsibility, good relationship with material suppliers.

• Be positive and proactive attitude; Organized, systematic, creative and result-oriented
