Develop and implement a QA system that is in line with the Group’s standards
Engage in a well-defined process that promotes employee engagement in Product Creation Process to ensure the production capability of all products at the time of Purchase available
Contact the quality management team to ensure quality footwear production and support identify areas of improvement in the supply chain.
Nurture a close cooperation with designated factories that provide exceptional results against the Scorecard.
Manage and develop all members of their quality assurance team to ensure all major initiatives are met in all areas related to continuous improvement of the plant such as Quy Code of Conduct, TQS, VOC, etc.
Collaborate with other PMs to develop and implement Best Practices on the entire facility of the plant
Support the implementation of new quality systems, to stabilize and then optimize the Quality Process
Work with Suppliers and Vendors to assist the Material Group in setting up a system that ensures timely delivery of quality materials.
Work with the planning team to ensure on-time delivery and reliability targets are met and daily plant operations are kept on time.
Work with development departments, materials, production departments to prevent potential quality problems and to ensure that the product meets company standards.

Bachelor Degree
At least 8 years experience managing footwear production or related field with a multinational company
Good management, training and teamwork skills
Good computer skills (Office, Word, Excel …)
Ability to use English fluently and good communication skills
