Job Descriptions

• Responsible to make the line schedule to ensue to achieve the high efficiency and keep shipment date
• Check and monitor the production plan to tricky the technological process to ensure quality and schedule as planned
• Responsible to manage, arrange, assign, train, evaluate, reward and discipline the personnel to ensure the most effective use of human resources
• Ensure to inspect and supervise the implementation of regulations on occupational safety, health and environmental sanitation, fire safety in the Factory
• Manage equipment, machinery, materials and goods, control costs within the factory
• Coordinate with relevant departments to make suggestions, solutions to improve the efficiency of the whole factory
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company.
• Experience in management, communication, leadership, motivation..
• Good at English skills.
