Responsible to monitor all the activities of the production department in the factory
Work with planning department to build the production plan daily and monthly and allocate manpower and machine in the factory
Work with IE team to set up targets and supervise machine operators and helpers to make sure to achieve the every individual target and take any action against the given low target employees
Attend ant meetings during sample process, pp meeting and discuss with technical team for setting required technical standard in the garment
Follow up production figure and ensure to allocate the required quantity for each production units
Coordinate with quality department to make sure all garments are met as the requirement of buyers
Follow up to ensure the shipment plan as per the requirement and communicate with buyers closely to take any immediate action if there is any issues arising during the bulk production
Ensure to satisfy compliance as per the requirement of buyers
Work with relevant department within the factory to build and implement the training programs for staffs

Working Location: Hue

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

At least 4 years experience to work at the similar position for garment/apparel manufacturing factory
Good skills in management and problem – solving
Good at English communication.
