Job Description
- Manage all the activities within the factory including Cutting, Quality, and Technical, Planning, Merchandiser and Packing…
- Welcome Customers, Authorities, 3rd Party…to visit and work at the factory
- Be responsible and set up the daily, weekly, monthly production plan
- Balance and set a production plan for new styles before bulk production
- Daily reviewing the achievements in order to remain, improve and take action to ensure the efficiency and productivity within the factory
- Coordinate with production planning team to ensure the production plan
- Advise and support the Technicians and line supervisors in problem solving.
- Discuss and instruct technicians and QCs to find and fix issues
- Lead and require the relevant departments to solve the problems raising during the production process
- Implement and lead 5S Project, Lean, Kaizen… according to the orientation and strategy of Group
- Ensure all the staff working under safety environment
- Other tasks will be assigned by Board of Director
- Directly report to Regional Director
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Nghe An, Hue
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience at the same position for manufacturing garment/textile company with the size from 500 labors
- Good at English
