Job Description
- Responsible for all production activities within the factory
- Manage production process from starting until finishing
- Be host the Meeting with all relevant departments for bulk production.
- Make the plan and control raw materials needed for bulk production
- Supervise and report on the performance and implement for process improvement.
- Arrange, calculate and balance the Manpower and machine for new styles
- Find out the roots to reduce process defect rate and improve reject rate.
- Remain and improve the process to ensure its effective and efficiency in bulk production
- Be responsible all staffs to work with safety environment at the factory
- Make the training program for staffs to ensure to work in production line and follow up work instruction.
- Ensure all the process following the quality standard of production line
- Coordinate with relevant departments and take the actions to solve problems raising during production process
- Set up and manage KPI for production: Quantity, Quality, Productivity, Loss matter.
- Adjust, implement, and control production schedules.
- Be in charge of decide (if urgent) whether to alter production schedule as customer requirement
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: North Vietnam
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years as production manager for the garment manufacturing company with a scope from 800 labors
- Experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen…
- Good in English
