Job Description
- Be responsible for all activities of production within the factory
- Manage and control garment manufacturing processing: cutting, sewing, technical, quality, pressing, finishing….
- Check the Production planning control to ensure the on time delivery
- In charger of production process and productivity.
- Drive improvement initiatives focused upon improving processes to attain increased through –put and quality
- Manage, control and reduce nonproductive times
- Ensure the quality of products based on the requirement of customers and Coordinate with all relevant department in order to increase quantity of product
- Conduct production meeting and troubleshooting
- Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process
Working Location: Nghe An
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company at least 500 labors
- Knowledge and experience in Lean, Kaizen… in manufacturing
- Good in English
