Job Description

• Responsible for all factory production process
• Manage and control garment manufacturing operation: cutting, sewing, technical, quality, pressing, finishing….
• In charge of the daily production activities at the factory
• Control the production planning
• Check and ensure production process and productivity as scheduled
• Drive improvement initiatives focused upon improving processes to attain increased through –put and quality
• Manage and ensure to reduce nonproductive times
• Commits to quality according to the requirement of the customer
• Coordinate with all other Teams such as Sample Room, Quality & Technical, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Account,…in order to increase quantity of product, ensure the quality and the delivery on time
• Conduct production meeting and troubleshooting
• Other tasks as assigned by Board of Director

Working location: Bac Giang Province – Vietnam

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years at the same position at the Garment/ Textile manufacturing company with the size from 1,000 labors
• English proficiency
