Job Description

• Manage and Lead overall operation of the Production Dept from raw materials to Finish Goods dispatch
• Manage a team of area heads with performance management for plan v’s actual
• Recruit, train and develop staff to ensure skills needs are suitable for activities performed
• Control training matrix and coordinate with HR training plans
• Manage the OHS activities inline with business strategy including Inspections, Audits, Corrective Actions and Risk Assessments to ensure safe working conditions
• Monitor and review with all Area Head that documents and reports are completed on time to ensure the constant flow of information on ERP system
• Set basic KPI for all Area Heads with weekly and monthly reports for performance against targets
• Manage day to day work related to issue/trouble of any section, solve problem with correction & corrective action
• Find out opportunities of improvement related to operation based on: claim from other Dept to production, from BOD’s request, from observation & monitoring… and find out correction & corrective action
• Keep discipline for all Staff and Worker in the production department
• Keep good condition of factory with the implementation of 5S, Standardize works and visual management to ensure high safety, reduce Quality complaints, and ensure no impact to the environment
• Monitor and control operation cost with key area Full-Time Employees (FTE), Overtime, Material usage, power and OEE.
• PIC for Manufacturing for ISO system (ISO9001, ISO14000) and other certifications within the business requirements
• Deploy for the special project requested by COO
• Working location: 50 km away from Hanoi
• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Have a bachelor of science with more than 10 years of experience in Production with more than 3 years as Manager
• Good at English
• Front line Management and Leadership training
• Process analysis and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP)
