Job Description

• Receive orders, planning production, production deployment and track production schedule to ensure the requirements.
• Organize production to ensure the quality of products manufactured in accordance with the Company and customers.
• Organize and arrange personnel to meet the requirements of the approved production and disposition plan to ensure that labor productivity meets the requirements.
• Arrange reasonable machinery to ensure efficient operation of the machine.
• Control the maintenance of machines in accordance with regulations.
• Inspect, monitor and urge workers in the factory to implement well internal labor regulations.
• Organize the implementation of labor safety, labor hygiene and fire safety.
• Develop KPIs for department and subordinates, and maintain KPI monitoring and control.
• Develop norms of raw materials consumption and methods to control raw materials, ensure raw materials input to the production.
• Train lower level staff and factory workers.
• Report timely production to the Board of Directors and other departments.

Job Requirements

* Qualification requirements:

• Graduation from the university in the relevant field of study or relevant qualification

• Ability to work under pressure

* Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in the same position
